ReNiP was founded by three professionals who saw a real problem in the Zimbabwean property market, too many fraudulent listings, too little protection for buyers, and too few transparent platforms that sellers could trust.
We built ReNiP to fix that. Our core business is marketing property, but what sets us apart is our commitment to due diligence. Before any property is listed, we verify ownership status through the Deeds Office, Companies Office, Surveyor General, ZIMRA (for imported vehicles), and local authorities.
We also encourage every buyer to conduct their own independent due diligence. Our verification reduces risk significantly, but caution is always good practice. Our tagline "Buy Without Fear" is the standard we hold ourselves to every single day.
